The Sundial Villa is located on the island of Middle Caicos. Only 275 people live on the island. They are some of the friendliest people we've ever met. This is the old Caribbean!

Being remote, there are few stores, no restaurants, tourists traps, traffic, or pollution. The villa is a well appointed oceanfront duplex. It is our second home and every thing is there.
A path through the garden leads to our beach where you can walk for five miles, seldom seeing a soul. The waters, all inside a reef, provide for great swimming, snorkeling, and fishing. On the island are extensive caves that can be explored safely.
