Recently
built lovely tropical Caribbean style villa. 4000sq ft living space, with
a very large terra cotta terrace all around, connected to a 16 x 16 dream
gazebo with a sea view. Manicured garden with flower and matured fruit
trees. Romantic setting and rustic elegance. View to the Caribbean sea on
one side and Tobago's range at the other. 15 miles, from airport, 1 minute
to the north side road and only 3 minutes, 1 mile to the Englishman's bay
pristine sandy beach.

machine and internet access. In addition, as
the power networking in Tobago can be a little temperamental, for comfort, we
added a 10kw Kohler USA, generator with an auto transfer switch and a timer. If
there should be a power cut, the entire house is back to normal in less than 3
seconds. Note: our house is the only one at the Englishman's bay, in this part
of the island and from Scarborough, to have this security.
The villa is on 1
acre and is landscaped with flowers and fruit trees. 20 bougainvillea
overhanging baskets adorn the roof's perimeter. Barbecue is out side, under
cover. Three oversized hammocks can be hooked at different locations in between
the overhanging roof posts. Very comfortable. Complimentary fruits from our
garden - bananas, limes, mango and avocados when in the season.
$1,400 US, per week, all year round, regardless of season.
Included in the rental rates:
1) Welcome at the airport where you will be guided to our villa
2) On arrival at our place, you will find in the refrigerator, fresh
fruits, mineral water, soft drinks, Carib beers and vacuum coffee. Toast
bread and basic food for your first breakfast.
3) A complete hotel service, by the end of each week. Additional linens
and towels in the bathroom cupboard.
4) During your stay, complimentary fresh fruits from our garden, bananas,
limes. Mango and avocados in the season.
